I worked alongside a team of copy editors, a photo editor and author Julia Chaplin. I designed a book that is unique to the subject and works cohesively with the Assouline Lifestyle book collection.
I hired and collaborated with illustration artist April Louzek Feldman for the Cover and Endpages of this book. For the cover we were inspired by Saul Steinberg, March 29, 1976 cover illustration for the New Yorker. For the inside layouts I created hand illustrations of each featured hotel. This introduced a new chapter or a new hotel section.
