Gold Rush
Gold Rush was an exclusive in-house packaging project at Benefit Cosmetics for a new Box of Powder. Renowned for its distinctive personality and unique story, Benefit's Box of Powder needed a design that exuded both luxury and allure. The challenge was to capture the essence of its gold, shimmery formula. Cyrene Mary and her team delved into themes ranging from the rugged charm of the California 49ers to the sultry allure of a wild, sexy cowgirl. The result was a sophisticated clamshell design featuring gold foil, white underprint, and embossing on mylar paper. Cyrene Mary meticulously crafted several logo design options and illustrated elegant, tight-laced spur boots, creating packaging that perfectly marries opulence and sensuality.
